I am now beyond my second week at Seacoast Church in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina and I figured I would give a little bit of an update that yes I made it and yes I’m alive.
The move was as expected, long and arduous drive coupled with an excitement to get there which equalled some lead foot on my behalf.
I dove right in, lots of new software and systems to learn. Meeting tons of people and forgetting 99% of their names.
God knew what he was doing when this opportunity opened up. I feel like I’ve slid right in and been here a while.
Seacoast is amazing, I have been able to attend services and that is absolutely huge!
Charleston is beautiful. I’m living on Daniel Island and have been running in the marshes, it is awesome. Downtown Charleston is one of those really cool historic places and Mt. Pleasant is a great coastal town.
I have yet to hit the beach or mellow mushroom but both of those are on the list to do very soon. Yes they are both VERY important 
.
I do miss some aspects of houston, like family and friends and some food choices….like tex-mex, but I’ll live.
So I know I’m shy of 250 words but I need to get moving!
